POP Theatre “Sensory Play Show~ Catching Light 3” show cancelled and refund

 

Government has announced that leisure and cultural venues/facilities will be temporarily closed. Therefore, “Sensory Play Show~ Catching Light 3” the 12 performances scheduled to stage from 14 to 23 January 2022 at Cultural Activities Hall, Tuen Mun Town Hall, will be cancelled. Holders of tickets of the event purchased, please keep intact original ticket(s) (with stub) and apply for refund.

If you have not yet collected your ticket(s) booked online:

We will reply and confirm your submission via WhatsApp in 14 working days. The refund will be deposited to the mentioned account on or before 30 April 2022.

  • Refund to ticket holders will only cover the face value of the tickets.
  • All handling charges including online booking charges and ticket delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • The refund request may be rejected if any details on the ticket have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated.
  • POP Theatre reserves all rights of final arbitration in case of any dispute.
