Since 2015, the theater has been a venue partner of the Tuen Mun Town Hall, consistently producing educational, entertaining, and poetic children’s plays that inspire children’s creativity and thinking, inviting them into a world of imagination. In recent years, the theater has actively created works based on children’s literature, including musical productions such as ”Gaau Gaau Zan AI X’mas“, “Happy Rainbow“, “Peacemaker“, and the classic fairy tale “Little Pig, Little Duck, Little Riding Hood 2.0“. Each production is presented in a fresh way, using various artistic elements like song, dance, music, movement, and light to inspire children’s imaginative space and lead them to explore the deeper meanings of the stories. Each children’s play has been warmly embraced and highly praised by the audience!
In 2019, the theater began organizing the “New Territories West Primary School Drama Competition,” which received enthusiastic responses from multiple schools. This event cultivates participants’ confidence, communication skills, critical thinking, imagination, analytical abilities, and team spirit. Selected schools can compete at the Tuen Mun Town Hall’s Cultural Hall, allowing everyone to observe, exchange, and learn from each other, thus unlocking their potential.
Therefore, our organization will continue to host the “New Territories West Primary School Drama Competition,” hoping to further develop this meaningful learning activity in 2026 and create more interesting and memorable learning opportunities for local students. Additionally, selected schools will receive subsidies, professional theatrical advice, and technical assistance to enhance the quality of performances and the competition process.
